What is the lowest fat vegetarian dish on an average Indian restaurant menu?
I'm going out for an indian meal tonight. I'm vegetarian and on a diet.
Any ideas on what I should order and avoid?

-samosas
-cutlets
-mendu vadas
-pakora
all the above are fried
-halwa (dessert with lots of oils)
-anything with "paneer" in it cuz paneer is a fatty cheese
ask for:
-roti
-naan (ask them not to put oil or butter on it)
-any rice dish or biryani
-vegetable jalfrazi (mixed stir fried vegetables)
-anything with "dal" in it --> dals are cooked lentils rich in protein
-potato chaat --> cooked potatos with flavorful sauces
-chana masala
-aloo gobi
