How do you clean a Bloomfield Koffee King coffee machine?
No matter how I make coffee with this machine at work, it tastes disgusting! It holds/stores a full pot of water, keeping it hot until you pour water into the tank. Then the hot water runs through the basket into the pot. I have never cleaned a coffee maker like this before. Can you just run some white vinegar through it like you do with a regular drip coffee maker? Any help would greatly improve my mornings, and be extremely appreciated!! TIA!!!
I've got coffee hot at 5:30 every morning. I gotta have it. So with as little as I know I give you what I know.
I have a bunn, and had a Mr. Coffe. I tell you what, the bunn can make 8 cups in 3 minutes, it is awesome. While Mr. Coffee take 10 minutes for a 12 cup pot.
Vinegar and water, run thru your pot. Rinse twice. Presto you coffee maker is clean.
Not the problem, ok, think of the process of coffee and how it tastes the best.
1. Always use cold water. (hot has too much air)
2. If you have a well, allow time for the air to bubble out.
3. Clean it, take it apart very carefully, look for rust old stains, broken parts etc.
4. Dish soap should work, Just rinse it real well.
