Voicemail And Unified Messaging Have Changed The Face Of Business
Land line phones, cell phones and corporate PBXs all contain voicemail as a standard feature. When using voice mail, a recorded audio message is delivered to the recipient, who can then retrieve the message at their convenience. Three basic aspects are found in voice mail. Voice messaging systems use a user interface which allows users to manage, select and play the messages that have been delivered to them. An important part of voice mail systems is that they contain a notification that notifies the recipient that there are messages waiting for them to retrieve.
