Yes, the developers of the game have put viruses in the software specifically to ruin laptops that can not run it.
No, silly rabbit! It will not ruin your laptop, what you can do is go ahead and download it and see if it runs on your system, if it does then great, but if it doesn't then just remove the game through the delete programs in your control panel. Easy as pie. Good luck.
This is assuming you already have the game, I honestly don't know for certain if it can run it or not, I would need to know what the game is, but as far as ruining your laptop, it will not.
